Our Directors

Dr. Vijay Vyas

Dr. Vijay Vyas is a seasoned leader with over 22 years of experience across the corporate, academic, and NGO sectors, holding a Ph.D. in Management and multiple advanced degrees. He has spearheaded large-scale CSR and development initiatives, including school transformations, STEM education, and rural enrichment programs in partnership with major organizations. Known for his strategic vision and social commitment, he excels at driving inclusive growth and sustainable impact through innovative leadership and expert communication.

Shweta Mishra

Shweta Mishra is an education and social services professional with an M.A. in English and specialized qualifications in computer applications and programming. She has extensive experience integrating digital solutions into schools and training educators on modern educational tools to enhance the learning environment. Beyond her professional work, she is a dedicated advocate for community welfare, actively leading initiatives in education, environmental sustainability, and animal rights.

Anusiya Vyas

Anusiya Vyas is an experienced professional in education, health, and social services, holding advanced degrees in History and Library Science. She began her career as a public health counselor focused on HIV/AIDS prevention and community outreach, effectively driving behavioral change and awareness. Beyond healthcare, she is a dedicated advocate for environmental sustainability, leading community-driven plantation initiatives and ecological conservation projects.

Our Advisors

Dr. K. Baranidharan

Dr. K. Baranidharan has been a Professor (Forestry) and Head of the Department of Forest Products and Wildlife at Forest College and Research Institute since January 2005. For more than twenty-plus years, he has been working in the Forestry and Wildlife Management field in Mettupalayam, Coimbatore. He has also worked as a mangrove biologist at M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, Chennai, and has organised various seminars and training in horticulture and forestry. He has also conducted various Wildlife conservation seminars and received various awards, honours, and fellowships.

Dr. P. Sakthivel

Dr. P. Sakthivel has been working at the National Institute of Plant Health Management as an Assistant Scientific Officer(Vertebrate Pest Management) in the Vertebrate & Urban Pest Management Division(PB) since November 2, 2012. Over the past nine years, his research interests have focused on human resource development and rodent / vertebrate / urban pest management among field extension functionaries in agriculture, horticulture, veterinary, and warehousing sectors.In addition to that, he has been involved as a project investigator / coinvestigator for vertebrate and rodent in-house projects.

Dr. Abhineet Saxena

Dr. Abhineet Saxena is an accomplished academician and Associate Professor with over 14 years of experience in teaching and research, specializing in banking, corporate finance, and microfinance. He leads the Yunus Social Business Centre at Amity University Rajasthan and has authored over 51 publications, holds two patents, and mentored hundreds of MBA and Ph.D. scholars. Beyond academia, he provides expert consultancy in rural development and impact assessment, further contributing to digital education through MOOC development and international teaching.

Dr. Upendra Kulshrestha

Dr. Upendra Kulshrestha currently serves as the Assistant Director (E-Cell) and Faculty at Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan. He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and comes from a core Mechanical Engineering background. Dr. Kulshrestha brings extensive experience from the automotive industry, with a strong focus on the development of sustainable and green materials. Prior to joining Manipal University, he held various academic and industrial roles across domains such as automotive engineering, manufacturing, skill development, corporate training, and research and development.

Dr. P. Neelanarayanan

Dr. P. Neelanarayanan is the founder and director of the Centre for Eco-Friendly Agrotechnology (CEAT). He has a total experience of more than 27 years and has also guided various post-graduate, Pre-doctoral, and doctoral students in research projects. He worked as a senior research fellow in the Indian Council of Agricultural Research Scheme. His research papers and short communications on vermin-biotechnology were published in various journals and newsletters. He has also presented papers at seminars and published 12 scientific articles in Tamil Dailies monthly magazines.

Anamika Vyas

Anamika Vyas is a NABET-accredited Functional Area Expert with 25 years of experience in socio-economic and environmental impact assessments, supported by an interdisciplinary background in Law and Sociology. She specializes in analyzing demographic profiles, livelihood patterns, and community infrastructure to evaluate the human risks associated with large-scale mining and development projects. Her work is pivotal in ensuring regulatory compliance through in-depth survey reports submitted to state and national environmental appraisal authorities.
