Our Directors

Dr. Vijay Vyas

Dr. Vijay Vyas brings over 20 years of rich and versatile experience spanning the Corporate, Academic, and NGO sectors. Throughout his distinguished career, he has successfully undertaken and excelled in challenging leadership roles across a diverse range of functions, including Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) project implementation, Training and Placement, Sales and Marketing, Academics and Research, Business Development and Channel Management. He has served organisations like ICICI Prudential, HDFC Life, Moinee Foundation.

Dr. Vyas holds a Ph.D. in Management. His academic credentials further include an MBA with a dual specialization in Finance and Human Resource Management, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business and Finance, a Postgraduate Diploma in Tax Practice Management, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours). In addition to his formal qualifications, he is a Certified Career Analyst, an Infosys-certified Soft Skills Trainer, and an accomplished communicator widely respected for his clarity, insight, and ability to inspire diverse audiences.

Over the years, Dr. Vyas has led the conceptualization, planning, and implementation of numerous high-impact CSR and development initiatives in collaboration with prominent organizations. His extensive portfolio of projects including School Transformation Projects, Smart School Development Initiatives, large scale plantation projects, Holistic Rural Development Programs, Tribal Hostel Transformation Projects, Career Guidance Programs, Scholarship Facilitation Initiatives, Skill Upgradation Programs for Employment Readiness, Village Enrichment Programs, Robotics Lab & STEM Education Projects demonstrates a commitment to creating sustainable and inclusive growth.

Anusiya Vyas

Anusiya Vyas has diverse experience spanning Education, Health, Plantation, and Social Services. She holds a Master of Arts (History) and a Master of Library Science, reflecting her strong academic foundation.

She began her career in the Public Health System, where she worked as a counsellor specializing in HIV/AIDS prevention, awareness, and community sensitization. In this role, she successfully conducted numerous outreach programs, workshops, and events focused on preventive health and behavioral change communication.

Beyond her professional roles in health and education, she is actively engaged in community-driven plantation and environmental sustainability initiatives. Her work in this area reflects a commitment to ecological conservation and community development.

Anusiya’s multidisciplinary expertise, combined with her dedication to social impact, continues to drive meaningful initiatives across education, health, and environmental domains.

Shweta Mishra

Shweta Mishra holds a bachelor’s degree (B.A.) and a master’s degree in arts (M.A. in English) from University of Bikaner, Rajasthan. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) from AISECT (Pilani) and a Certificate Course in Computer Applications & Programming from Birla Technical Training Institute, Pilani, Rajasthan.

She has experience in Education and Social Services. She worked as a resource coordinator to provide digital education through digital products and online solutions to schools. She has also worked as an academic trainer to provide training on digital products and solutions to Birla Shishu Vihar, Pilani, Rajasthan.

Advisors

Dr. K. Baranidharan (Advisor)

Dr. K. Baranidharan has been a Professor (Forestry) and Head of the Department of Forest Products and Wildlife at Forest College and Research Institute since January 2005. For more than twenty-plus years, he has been working in the Forestry and Wildlife Management field in Mettupalayam, Coimbatore.

He has also worked as a mangrove biologist at M.S. Swaminathan Research Foundation, Chennai, and has organised various seminars and training in horticulture and forestry. He has also conducted various Wildlife conservation seminars and received various awards, honours, and fellowships. He is also a co-author of various books and has written national and international research articles.

Dr. P. Sakthivel (Advisor)

Dr. P. Sakthivel has been working at the National Institute of Plant Health Management as an Assistant Scientific Officer (Vertebrate Pest Management) in the Vertebrate & Urban Pest Management Division (PB) since November 2, 2012.

Over the past nine years, his research interests have focused on human resource development and rodent/vertebrate/urban pest management among field extension functionaries in agriculture, horticulture, veterinary, and warehousing sectors. In addition to that, he has been involved as a project investigator/co-investigator for vertebrate and rodent in-house projects.

Dr. Abhineet Saxena (Advisor)

Dr. Abhineet Saxena is an accomplished academician and trainer with over 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and professional training. He holds a Ph.D. in Microfinance from the University of Rajasthan (2016), is UGC-NET qualified, and received a prestigious Post-Doctoral Fellowship from ICSSR, New Delhi (2017).

Currently serving as an Associate Professor at Amity Business School, Amity University Rajasthan, he also leads the Yunus Social Business Centre – AUR Jaipur. His core expertise includes Banking and Corporate Finance, Social Security Scheme Impact Assessments, and Holistic Rural Development.

Dr. Saxena has authored over 51 research publications and book chapters in reputed national and international journals and holds two patents. He has guided three awarded Ph.D. scholars, with six currently under supervision, and has mentored over 300 MBA internship projects.

His contributions extend to consultancy and training, including work with the Centre of Excellence and Research at MAU Jodhpur and impact assessment studies. He developed a MOOC on “Investing in the Stock Market” for IIIT Kota and has international teaching exposure at Amity Mauritius. Dr. Saxena has delivered 40+ sessions in workshops and FDPs and participated in 60+ conferences and seminars across the country.

Dr. Upendra Kulshrestha (Advisor)

Dr. Upendra Kulshrestha currently serves as the Assistant Director (E-Cell) and Faculty at Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan.He holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering and comes from a core Mechanical Engineering background.

Dr. Kulshrestha brings extensive experience from the automotive industry, with a strong focus on the development of sustainable and green materials. Prior to joining Manipal University, he held various academic and industrial roles across domains such as automotive engineering, manufacturing, skill development, corporate training, and research and development. He has authored more than 25 research papers in reputed journals and conferences.

Dr. P. Neelanarayanan (Advisor)

Dr. P. Neelanarayanan is the founder and director of the Centre for Eco-Friendly Agro-technology (CEAT). He has a total experience of more than 27 years and has also guided various post-graduate, Pre-doctoral, and doctoral students in research projects. He worked as a senior research fellow in the Indian Council of Agricultural Research Scheme. His research papers and short communications on vermin-biotechnology were published in various journals and newsletters.

He has also presented papers at seminars and published 12 scientific articles in Tamil Dailies monthly magazines. He has organized various extension programs for farmers and students. He is also a member of various scientific bodies, Boards of Studies, Editorial Boards of Journals, and doctoral committees of various colleges.

Anamika Vyas (Advisor)

Anamika Vyas is an accomplished professional with 25 years of experience and extensive expertise in socio-economic assessment, environmental impact studies, and community development. She holds an LL.B., LL.M. (Human Rights), and M.A. in Sociology & Public Administration, reflecting her strong interdisciplinary academic foundation.

In 2016, she was accredited as a Functional Area Expert (FAE) by the National Accreditation Board for Education and Training (NABET) under the Quality Council of India, New Delhi. In this capacity, she has led numerous comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) studies, with a focus on understanding and addressing the socio-economic dimensions of mining projects and their implications for local communities.

Her Core Areas of Expertise includes conducting detailed demographic profiling, and analyzing income patterns, employment trends, and livelihood sources in project-affected areas, Assessing community access to essential amenities, infrastructure, and public services, Evaluating and documenting socio-economic impacts, associated risks, and mitigation measures to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks. Preparing in-depth socio-economic survey reports forming an integral part of EIA submissions to authorities, including the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA) and Expert Appraisal Committees.

Her meticulous research, strong analytical skills, and unwavering commitment to sustainable development have contributed significantly to projects that balance economic progress with social responsibility and environmental stewardship. Her work continues to play a critical role in driving ethical and community-focused practices within the mining and natural resources sector.
